The Company is engaged in developing and exploring its 100% owned Granada Gold Property near Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, which is adjacent to the Cadillac Break. The Granada Gold Property is located five kilometers south of the mining community of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. The property includes the former Granada Gold underground mine. The Company owns about 14.73 square kilometers of land in a combination of mining leases and claims. This near-surface and underground gold deposit, with the added discovery of a Rubidium (alkali metal) deposit, is located 15 minutes from Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec.

I would agree about a takeout being a positive development but I think this move makes it more likely that we will get more for our shares rather than less. Someone pointed out today that the big asks at .17 are creating a 20 day average of 17 cents, so a major could offer us a 70 percent premium or 28 cents and it might look pretty good to people. I would love for a bigger fish to take us out, but anything less than 50 cents seems like a give away. As for calling you and irish bashers, I am confident enough in my investment to listen to differing opinions, if the person can back it up.  there certainly are things about this company's management that cause me concerns, but todays release is not one of them.
