CORPORATE UPDATE

Juggernaut Exploration Ltd. has entered into agreements with The J2 Syndicate, whereby the parties have amended the terms of the company's option on each of the Empire and Midas properties. The option payments, originally due on May 1, 2018, consisting of an aggregate of $600,000 in cash and 8.2 million common shares of the company, have been extended to Feb. 1, 2019, and are on a committed basis. Additionally, the option has also been amended such that required annual exploration expenses are to be incurred by Dec. 31, instead of May 31, of each year going forward.
