If my informtion is correct , the permitting process has not even started yet. Obtaining permits these days seem to be a nightmare in the US. Still a lot of hurdles to overcome ...

Cormark participated in the brokered financing at 1.25 CAD. They want to make money on their GIII shares. Hence the high target. Not familiar with Canadian brokers ? Wake up .
