And quite effectively, too, IMO.
To complicate things, the investment/funding markets for junior explorers seems to have dried up since the 2008 economic collapse. That in itself is throwing a pall on many of the venture traded companies. It's as though everyone is sitting it out in cash, waiting for the other shoe to drop. That may happen too, if the USA starts to default on its massive debt. The only ones profiting in these times are the Wall Street and Bay Street shysters who have the resources, knowledge, and larcenous intent to scr3w the rest of us.
