I still hold 230K shares at 0.055$ average cost.
I think we should vote against and not let them go away at 0.09$

Unless the buyers have a comfortable majority when adding the shares held by other insiders who agreed to vote for.

Buyers owns around 22%.   Management have been buying a lot of shares back at $0.04-0.055 range before they annouced privatization.  It's obvious to me the buyers know they're buying back a lot of the company for cheap from the weak hands.  If you look at the bookvalue alone that's around $0.15 a share with most of the value coming from liquid assets and commercial real ...more

I don't get why people are selling their shares for $0.08 if they can get $0.09 if they wait for privatization...doesn't make any sense.
