It's been at least 7 years! Arbitration is the ONLY thing that the DR Govt doesn't want. They have lost in Arbitration before.
How do Investors get the GQC Mgt to get off its behind and not take another penny until they show us a "lawfully required" Environmental Study Permit? That is the very least they can do for the Investors. Enough is enough.
Something very bad is going on with this company & the DR Govt. This had been years and years of BS.
