Should El Prez sign the permit tomorrow or Friday ?
No,  we wouldn ' t . We first called a Sept signing , but the Prez wanted corruption routed from the previous admin , and that created delays for mining and many other depts .
We told this room 1 week b4 our target of Sept 15th the delay was official .
Of course we are long 10 and 12 cents so we are biased . And plugged in !
GLTA . No dump just pump ! On the merits !
