Has the Political climate improved from a year ago and now more conducive to the approval of the Romero Permit?
Do your own due diligence ;
If your answer is YES - Then this is bargain buying at these price levels.
If your answer is NO - Then save yourself the emotional pain and put your money somwhere else.
I can't imaging anyone that knows a bit about the context in DR and about the Romero story answering NO to this question. We are in a way better position today then we were a year ago.
