A quick review of progress

Good morning all! Some previous updates from @Burlguy to keep us grounded on on topic:

"You guys remember when under Medina the mining map getting updated was a big deal? Yep I am massaging this but it's also the truth. Now we have multiple updates daily. Here are 5 for now:

1. The MEM is going town to town with the Vice Minister teaching the benefits of mining. 2. The President is saying he is going to approve the studies. 3. Public Studies are being done and concessions are being given to the people when demand is real and needed, such as hospitals and Telephones. 4. Opposition sit-ins have 50 people showing up and nearly 80% of the public supports studies. 5. 70% of major authorities support studies and I am sure this number has grown.

It looks like this information thread has gone off track again. The permit is still on the desk and I have been told that they will not wait for the Terms of Reference to be fully prepared before issuing/signing the permit. The President is afraid of the political implications of signing the exploitation license but more and more countrymen and political leaders are endorsing moving it forward. It could be any day. I have not sold a share. For those interested in the latest MEM developments, the MEM had just moved another Gold Exploitation permit to the final status awaiting presidential approval. This concession is also in the San Juan region. It's tan in color along with the Romero concession.

Yes, we are all frustrated. It has been many years. This takes time and nothing has officially changed other than the support growing in-country by the people and politicians. It will come. GLTA!
