At this point it would be prudent to start filing for arbitration. Obviously Abinader and Almonte either have no will or ability to make this happen. Given the negative impact that the reduction of gold exports and revenue has had on the Dominican Republic, as well as the amount of loans they are taking just to keep them afloat, they are literally running the country into the ground.

Hey Krishak. I got the article from Mr. Spilner who had kindly translated it already. I did add the paragraph at the bottom that ends with FILE ARBITRATION. Anyone long in GQC has got to be severely frustrated after more than 7 years of DR nonsense, especially their non-compliance with their own laws.   GLTA!
