There was great hope by mining investors that Luis A who ran on the mining friendly agenda and won the election was going to follow DR law with regards to permits.But ABX and GQC have yet to get permits to exploite and expand PV with no date in sight to see them issued.GQC has seen it treasury shrink by $4 million during the change in govt from the corrupt Medina gov.Now the company has only tow routes to bankrptsy 1) arbitrate or 2) not aritrate and become a life style company and issue the rest of the treasury over a few yrs to pay salaries for managements life style until the cash is all gone and then file bankruptsy.NOT GOOD!Never invest on hope!
