Another low volume positive day.
I bought GDQMF at $US 0.1032 = $CDN 0.14, it ended the day at $US 0.182 = $CDN 0.16.
At some point Abinader will/has decided to approve Romero's Exploitation Permit. It seems inconceivable to me that Santana would not be given advance notice of this. If you were Louis Santana with 2 million options at $0.18, knowing the news would send the stock rapidly to a multiple of its present price, what would you do? Would you start buying cautiously on the open market through proxies? Would you share the good news with others? I think most/all of you reading this post would figure out some way of buying the stock that avoided insider trading. The finger print of that situation would be low volume and the price slowly increasing.
I believe Santana would know ahead of time simply because Abinader is a politician. He would be behaving politically, and want to develop a good relationship with the individual who is/will be the native-born-frontman for gold mining in the Dominican Republic
