The SJM member wants
The Abe gov to do the study.It take a year to do that and Luis is into almost 3 yrs in his 4 yr term.So he has to issue the permit now to get before the election to get an honest assement.Its possible I think they could issue the permit before the Falcon protest on Mar 29 so the cows are already out of the barn in SJM

If the study gets a permit then its almost certain that a permit to mine will follow as the study will show a mine that is friendly to the enviro as we all know.Then large resource funds will but GQC stock like hell.
