PRG trades at cash value

If GQC files arbitration it too might trade at cash value of 6 cents as the cash on hand will be used up in litigation giving zero value to Romero until the court settles.LA it seems is Medina in White clothes at each grand standing events he attends.I think abritration is a given as Luis does not want to follow DR law.BF needs to get on with it in court.
