Contrary to other opinions, the interviewer is supportive of mining, and the exploitation permit. It is the staff behind the ministers that will approve this by recommending it.

Let's not forget that those who know, know. Well the nose knows alright, and it smells like dookie. But hey, we haven't sold a single share and continue to buy at these levels. Buy the offers as bidding is for gamblers. But above all, don't be a penny whacker. I'm very proud, much like the Dominican people who can stand outdoors for a long time during rainy season.
