RE:Testing by 5 major tire manufacturers...

RE:Testing by 5 major tire manufacturers...Calenderj you are partially right.  That is yet another example of turning a half truth into a truth and a half.  The Graphene industry has power players and Perpetuus is one such entity.  Gratomic and its real JV partner Next Graphite is definitely not one.

Did you look at the deal. This is not a true 50/50 deal.  I will not waste time reposting the NR for a DD (Dumb Dude) like you.  But this is the nutshell of the deal.  Gratomic pays 100% of the costs ( which means that they are risking their investors money ) and if after all the charges and tariffs imposed by Perpetuus (and believe me those costs are going to be substantial) thus there is going to be a thin margin if any then Gratomic and Next Graphite will share whatever crumbs are left from this Draconian arrangement.

Remember that Next Graphite owns 38% .

I know that this discussion is way over your head.   You are being Willfully Blind and attempting to cojole new money into what I believe to be a scheme to fleece investors.

Potential investors must look at the entire picture.  The deal with Perpetuus is inheritantly bad deal for Gratomic Investors.  And who are the winners? Maybe the 0.07$ Private Placement holders who also have 40 million 0.10$ Warrants.

It is my humble opinion that this obvious and blatant pump is for their benefit.

Everyone l believe are beginning to have second thoughts on this play.  Sheldon goes here and there is of no substance.  What counts is if he could make a good pump.  But Institutional Investors are going to ask some hard questions.  For them it is whether Gratomic ( 62% holder) and Next Graphite (38% holder) are going to turn a profit

I think that Next Graphite share price is around 0.045$ approximately.  Thus, if a retail investor wishes for a graphene play then the obvious choice is Next Graphite ( Gratomic JV partner). And remember that Arno has a stake in both entities.

People are talking about doing Due Diligence. The above is real DD you dumb dude calenderj.

People must look at the entire picture and the whole truth.

Perpetuus massacred Gratomic on this deal.
