The importance of being a part of the 150mw
Technology is advancing quick within the PV space and costs are dropping. New installations in places like Hungary will be paying 0.052/kw. I realize Puerto Rico is an island and demands a premium but projects that don't make the 150mw cut could run the risk of renegotiation, yet again. Hopefully the 150mw cutoff is increased by the FOMB like Jeff has eluded to, but from a financial standpoint that's tough to see. FOMB'S delay tactics point to renegotiating those projects that don't make the 150mw cut. Those of you who criticize Jeff should be thankful that he's a hardass because those in power know that legal action will quickly follow if this tactic is pulled on Montalva. He has successfully done it once, no reason he won't do it again, which very well could be one of the reasons why we'll be selected to proceed in the weeks to come..... FOMB...
