RE:RE:RE:Private Placement
I wouldn't expect anyone to sell shares to get in on the PP.   The raise comes at a very curious time and price.   This stock has been under $1.50 for 1 day since May and that is the day GRB decides to do a raise?   Why not do the raise a month ago when the price per share was over $2 and share dilution would have been more than 125,000 less.    I see options that make sense.

1.   Jeff wanted to let someone purchase a lot of shares AND a warrant at a very bottom of the barrel price.

2.   The lender in the raise is closing out a short position after running this down from $4+

Based on the timing and the price of the raise these are the two scenario's that make sense.   It would also explain the clear pump comments that have come from Jeff in the last few months.

Not saying the Montalva project isn't going to happen, just saying games are being played along the way.
