Alberta and Montalva ground breaking is scheduled to be in April. But I doubt it because I am pretty sure GRB doesnt have all the approuval yet.
Ground breaking date for the housing project is Q3 2022. I thought that it would be the eaisiest one to start, everything is supposed to be fully approuved since last august. Why is it taking so long to build at a least one house ?? Also pretty sure GRB doesnt have all the approuval yet.

Anyway we have been pushed back so many time that I will beleive it when I see it. For now I am septical but I have no choice to wait because I am down 50%.
