RE:RE:Tehachapi development lands for saleSo what I understand is sage ranch is 138 acre , and this site is over 828acres  and for 14700000 $.  It's 7 times bigger than sage ranch . If we do the math here , then the land of sage ranch is worth 2 million dollar just solely comparison of the size .  Ofc we also have to consider the location, and I checked on google map , this site for sale is 6 min drive from sage ranch . 4 min from downtown .  It's not really too bad than sage ranch . Let's add extra 2 million of worth to sage ranch for its location, then the land of sage ranch should worth 4 million dollar
