RE:RE:Possible valuation of GRB (per 1 share)Love your optimism but my valutaion is way lower than that !

By experience, being sharohlder of GRB for 4 years, I am use to delay and false promised. All the project are always close to be realised but are actually never realised. If I am wrong I will appologize but I am pretty sure that there will never be a Montalva nor an Alberta project. 

The only real thing that could maybe happen is the sale of Sage.

So my valuation is $1.20 until the sale of Sage (if it happens) and $2.50 after the sale or more likelly under a dolar in 2023 if the sale doesnt happen in 2022. 


Thats my prediction and we ll see if I am right
