Question about Keller Williams from Jeff's latest interview

Question about Keller Williams from Jeff's latest interview
I went back a rewatched Sven's latest interview with Jeff. His Montalva comments really do sound like they are comming to pass. I think I have hope! But, concerning the acquisition of the Keller Willaims Forward Living franchise, he had this to say "Under California law he (president Gary Keller) has to allow the transaction to go through". Does this mean that Keller is NOT a willing participant in this process anymore? It just seems odd to focus on the potentially litigious aspects of the transaction, rather than saying something like "we're all excited to see this through". Any thoughts from the group?
