Hopefully this is the end of the bureaucratic nonsense between the authorities. Maybe Jeff can shed some light on this as there is quite a bit of legal speak contained in those filings.

whoami2u ... There is nothing complex or detrimental to the filings to and from PREB. They are simply being asked to use their discretionary authority to keep certain things within the agreements confidentional for the time being. Prices have already been made public so items that are competetive will be items like ancilliary services, transmission reimbursements to all of the projects by PREPA
