The whole enchilada

If a co. Is willing to pay $ 4.82 for Sage ,why not offer $ 6 or $ 7 for the whole thing.?If you buy the whole  co. for that amount you should get much more than that in Sage return. Then sell the solar operation after it matures a bit,Should get at least $4 or $ 5 ,and net the Sage cost at $2.Seems like a no brainer to me,but Indian Joe doesn't believe I have any,so maybe it only makes sense to me.

Offer would be out of reach for fund investors with no returns. Amazing how some people still dont get the full picture,
