Keep in mind a money raise is necessary. Very soon. If the company has any substantial news there will be a flurry of activity happening including: - raising money (dilution) - more milestone bonuses - construction financing payments - if Forward Living acquisition, there will be significant financing requirements and/or dilution (publicly traded real estate brokerages are not in favour and this ...more

It is dilution even if you are raising the MC but more importantly you need to increase the valuation of the assets. MC's can be misleading, particularily if the stock trades with little volume and is tightly held. There's currently a lot of investors in GRB who are underwater and hoping for something (and believing something will happen) and are not selling. I have statied before I feel ...more

Half empty: It is dilution even if you are RAISING the market cap. So as a shareholder i am better of owning 5% of a $20million MC company than 3% of a $100million MC company? Okay so without investing in any business (dilution of shares) how does the asset grow at this stage of development? Just curious, no malice intended.

Paddy, if a Shneps' stock were actually to go up 2x 5x 10x he would lie awake at night, tossing and turning, with cold sweats, worrying about the taxes he'd have to pay.

One thing would be having one of your subsidaries, first off paying for the entire Sage Ranch property and more to Jeff's financial benefit and second have that subsidiary/holding company pay for all the financial needs to bring Sage Ranch to a point at which homes can be built. Another in a long line of posts trying to pour cold water on GRB. Since the business validity accusations are easily and always countered by Jeff,now we have the "feelings" angle concerning reverse splits. Jeff just stated that there will never be a reverse split.
