Half empty: It is dilution even if you are RAISING the market cap. So as a shareholder i am better of owning 5% of a $20million MC company than 3% of a $100million MC company? Okay so without investing in any business (dilution of shares) how does the asset grow at this stage of development? Just curious, no malice intended.

Paddy, if a Shneps' stock were actually to go up 2x 5x 10x he would lie awake at night, tossing and turning, with cold sweats, worrying about the taxes he'd have to pay.
