Something is going on

This is the second runup that is being fueled by someone knowing/thinking that something is coming in the very near future. Sage Ranch is like a coiled spring, all of the potential ready to be released once the Planning Commission stamps it "approved". :o)

The master development plan was the big catalyst. The PDP is merely documentation approval of dotting "i"s and crossing "t"'s. The largest resulting factor will be that GRB can begin taking formal money down payments for the (350) reservations they apparently have. Funny that the NR came out just before I posted my opinion. Interesting to look into Tommy Sullivan's housing project. Definitely promoting the "RECESSION PROOF" aspect of the project. Had to make me laugh a little as Jeff acquired Sage Ranch due to a recession. Congrats on making the next step forward.
