Both of the projects are out of the hands of grb, puerto rico is just a bad place for getting things done, courts , lawyers and politicians are in their own world,  screw the public for their needs and wants! Seems they are the winners! Time therefore on their side.
Sage ranch,  same as above! A substantial subdivision for the people! The needs and wants of the people are not  being heard by politicians 
BS small town politicians interferences to get their name out in the public! Clowns in a circus!
So we wait for them to move these project!

I agree. Unfortunately everything is dependent of the court's decision. Another interesting thing to be keeping an eye on with the City vs Water District pissing match are the request for documents submitted lately. Not only is the City asking for documents related to the water but the Water District is asking for documents related to conversations between the City and Ciachurski, Greenbriar,
