Despite the additional doom and gloom comments from Tyler, nothing happened today.  There is no hook for Monday and when the answer will come is tbd.  May 6th VoYA agreement isn't going to happen since this ruling didn't come.

Don't forget that with Paul Morris owning the 28.75 acres north of Sage Ranch. If he wants to develop that land he will need water rights. Nothing to say that his water rights purchase wasn't for that property.
