You MISSED THE POINT!! These aren't BIG lots sitting in the rular area with septic systems etc! Modern green homes in dense neighborhood with centre for swimming and recreation activities

I wouldn't be worried about the money $$$ or starting time ! This project is approved by the city and no court is going to stop it! I wouldn't be surprised if phase 1 and 2 are close to sold

The Water Distict's imported water comes from the California Aqueduct that receives its water from the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta. Kern County is the largest customer of the aqueduct.
