You MISSED THE POINT!! These aren't BIG lots sitting in the rular area with septic systems etc! Modern green homes in dense neighborhood with centre for swimming and recreation activities

The Water Distict's imported water comes from the California Aqueduct that receives its water from the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta. Kern County is the largest customer of the aqueduct.
