That timeline is reasonable, and makes sense considering we are not on the Planning Commission's schedule next week.
While once again Jeff's promises don't match reality, like I said before, if you look at the Planning Commission's reports, even a stupid sign on a building takes a pile of paperwork and months to approve. So a whole subdivision will obviously take longer.
Patience has always been required with anything Jeff is involved in, but like Western Wind, the wait should be worth it. JMO
