Sage Ranch Approval Date for PDP !!

I have been a shareholder for over four years. I called Dewalt Engineering in Bakersfield.  Dewalt is the professional engineering firm of record for Sage Ranch. They informed me that the final package was submitted on Sept. 9, and the city has informed them that the PDP will be presented to the Planning Commission for final approval on November 13. Apparently, the city will permit Greenbriar to issue a news release indicating that date in late October per their policies of public notice.
I am really looking forward to the GRB Trifecta

Thanks for doing the DD. That timeline is reasonable, and makes sense considering we are not on the Planning Commission's schedule next week. While once again Jeff's promises don't match reality, like I said before, if you look at the Planning Commission's reports, even a stupid sign on a building takes a pile of paperwork and months to approve.
