I have to say

I have to saythat anyone selling at these levels might be leaving a heck of a lot of money on the table.

Sven posted that Jeff confirmed that the Planning Commission will definitely be voting on Sage Ranch approval at the meeting next week. Considering it would appear that everyone involved wants the project to proceed, a 'yes' vote is all but assured.

So, with Sage Ranch given the green light, are the shares only worth 90 cents? I think not.
GRB may not be worth $4 or $5 as some suggest, but it will be worth a heck of a lot more than what people have been selling for lately. Those little bumps into the dollar-teens was just an indication of where it should go. Like I said before, $1.50 should be an easy first step on the approval of Sage Ranch. Once further clarity on an updated financial projection is given, then one can determine a realistic valuation.

And while Montalva might remain in question, there should be at least a little premium attached to the share price on the potential of that project also going ahead. JMO
