Sage Ranch doesn't even have permits to grade the property, let alone permitted to build anything.
Sage Ranch is fours years behind KH.
If the Water District lawsuit has nothing to do with them building then why aren't they even close?
KHovanian is obviously showing the major difference between professionals and this group.
