You'll note that KHovanian received approval at the same time as Sage Ranch in September 2021. "According to the company’s website, as of April 8, 33 of the Tehachapi Hills homes have sold and closed escrow, and another 11 are sold and in escrow. A model home has been open since late 2022, and some of the remaining lots have homes that are complete or near complete." They started ...more

Can't build without financing. Where's the promised financing? The mandate letter was issued over two years ago.
