RE:RE:RE:RE:Sage Ranch Comparable

RE:RE:RE:RE:Sage Ranch ComparableThe builder started years ago and then the project was placed on hold.
That is totally different then not moving any dirt, which is why Tower Investments lost entitlement and why I ask how Greenbriar is different.

Greenbriar has spent a lot more money then the $1.04M on the property @ $1,000/unit
For example:
- Millions in consulting fees
- Millions in bonuses
- Millions in water rights
-  Millions in development costs
What do those costs work out to per unit?
I believe you might be well over $15,000/unit
That multi unit development is selling for $21,000/unit.
Greenbriar has tried to sell the property for $3.5M and $2.5M previously with no buyers.
Stuart Nacht's contract was based on trying to sell the property with no buyers.
Greenbriar was offered just under $80,000/unit by the Strassers and turned it down.
