RE:RE:RE:RE:In the meantimeThere are quite a few City indemnification clauses that prevent persons from suing the City but I will not even try to state an opinion whether they could actually find the City responsible for the outcome.

I have often wondered about both the City's and in particular the District's request for documents/emails. The viewpoints from Greenbriar/lawyers/consultants related to the independent studies could very well have a bearing on their judgement about whether to sue.

Get back to the negotiation table, hash out the details (without GBR at the table), complete the 2025 RUWMP and move forward with a legitimate plan for all water users in the future, not just a very select few.

In the near term this appears to be a lengthy process and will definitely impede the issuance of any permits for Sage Ranch but after trying "to put the cart in front of the horse" it time to complete the process correctly and move the horse forward.
