Like many, I don't plan to sell my shares based on this outcome. I do believe there is a path forward however I am not certain of what that will be right now. Instead of speculating I'll allow the company to issue a response and then read the whole package all together. Doing so will alllow me to make an informed decision on what I believe are next steps and I will adjust my expectations from there.
speculating and rushing to judgment doesn't provide any value to anyone, especially myself. For now I have adjusted my expectations to be close to what schnepps provided. With that timeline in mind I will read the judgment and company commentary when the time permits.
