New GRB interview (by Ron Struthers) posted today on YouTube

Comment by Letsmakemoney9 on Oct 29, 2022 6:48pm
To summarize this video :  sage ranch : mostly talk about how good the sage ranch location it is , didn't talk about anything about how the progress goes . And the deal with Phantom also didn't mention at all .  westlake : westlake solar project is gone now , Jeff said clearly that westlake doesn't want grb to build solar project .  PWR: Grb took great loss and ...more

We build the project, own the project, sell the energy to West Lake and they become investors in Greenbriar.

If you follow the Vector link, you can customize the donkey/carrot picture, so I ordered a life size  one with Jeff riding in the cart, 'Shneps' written on the side of the donkey, and a $1 Billion bill dangling from the stick. The wife has been saying we could use more art around the house... I'm sure she will love it for Christmas!

Just a musical reference but I feel this one carries the message far better than a raw carrot dangling on a stick. Ride like the wind Rock on Jeff! Don't miss next Thursday's webinar and join it here: https://get-versed.io/why-is-this-real-estate-magnate-bidding-up-the-asets-of-greenbriar/

Your generalization makes no sense when you attempt to apply it to the Sun Belt. I guess you've never worked or lived in an area where real estate prices are way higher than average and where median US housing prices don't apply.  Sage Ranch's prices offers a solid valid value proposition for those who would otherwise consider to be renters. Now they can be owners.

Indian Joe:Please check SEDI and let me know who sold or bought 12,000,000 shares of PWR.Thanks in advance and apologies for my ineptness.

It is incredibly obvious the 30M shares GRB has sold of PWR have been sold to a friendly. If somebody wanted to buy 30M shares they could have done so for the past four months, very easily.  And probably for cheaper then 2 cents. There is a perception that they have tried to portray that Captiva isn't going anywhere and is dead in the water. Why would somebody all of a sudden step in and ...more

Just got around to watching the video and here are my personal offtakes -  1. Again Jeff references GRB as being recession immune. This is beyond a misrepresentation of reality when the company that previously owned Sage Ranch spent $21M and then sold to Jeff for $1.05M. Hello that is not recession proof. Reality is this could just as easily happen to Greenbriar. Truly a dumb comment to ...more

Darn and I was feeling so good yesterday! Mr Shneps "just got around to" the video and immediately produces a voluminous response with all kinds of references to data supporting his comments.Very impressive! Also guestion or comment no.7 smacks of elitism, racism, pomposity, arrogance and other adjectives,I can't think of.   Somebody run and tell the people bidding up the stock ...more

Just to understand about the $87,000 per year income stated by Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce is from 2019 and is for the zip code of Keene.  https://www.bestplaces.net/city/california/tehachapi https://www.unitedstateszipcodes.org/93531/#stats https://www.unitedstateszipcodes.org/93561/ Statistics vary but for the City of Tehachapi it is definitely $87,000 and not defined by the few ...more
