Your generalization makes no sense when you attempt to apply it to the Sun Belt. I guess you've never worked or lived in an area where real estate prices are way higher than average and where median US housing prices don't apply.  Sage Ranch's prices offers a solid valid value proposition for those who would otherwise consider to be renters. Now they can be owners.

It is incredibly obvious the 30M shares GRB has sold of PWR have been sold to a friendly. If somebody wanted to buy 30M shares they could have done so for the past four months, very easily.  And probably for cheaper then 2 cents. Just got around to watching the video and here are my personal offtakes -  1. Again Jeff references GRB as being recession immune. This is beyond a misrepresentation of reality when the company that previously owned Sage Ranch spent $21M and then sold to Jeff for $1.05M. Hello that is not recession proof.
