I believe the point would be that all the proponents for the Tranche 1 RFP have submitted their "final and best offers". There were numerous issues related to the time required to complete these PPOAs including inflationary pressures related to the length of time it took PREPA to formalize and for additional costs for interconnection, LUMA interconnection studies, closing date ...more

It's already been said that we are negotiating with them on a different level altogether! you pick and harp on things that already out there ! This stock is going to move when they have all the ducks line up! No use in you putting stuff out there to repeat it! Your annoyance is not very becoming of a good investor but of someone who maybe didn't do full DD? Again your point?
