Blair, you raised several key points that caught my attention. The monthly burn rate, theoretical challanges for famers seeking to tamper/ replicate technology, and the importance of the Gulf Cryo MOU, to name a few. 

I hope the company is able to include a non-tampering clause into the contract. Also, the GC MOU is the ultimate synergy for both companies. CO2 Gro is effectively creating a new market for suppliers of gas who would otherwise be unable to 'tap' hundreds of thousands of indoor, outdoor, and greenhouses around the world. I expect we'll see 1 or 2 more MOUs under similar terms in 2020 (re: a none revenue sharing sales model).
