Most likely gas supplier of Columbian rose greenhouse

Most likely gas supplier of Columbian rose greenhouse

This proposal had been in the works for about a year. According to Sam, the gas supplier is not GulF Cryo and has a global footprint.

In 2018 Lindi sold it's North American and South American assets to Messer Group (including those in Columbia) for 3.3 bln, after which Lindi merged with Praxir, however Praxir still has signifacnt market share in Columbia do to existing customer-base.

By process of elimination the gas supplier who set up the relationship was either Messer Group or Praxir.

Given the potential to expand to a new customer base globally, it is my opinion that the companies that are most likely to aquire GROW are the two mentioned above, not a large Cannabis supplier (Aurora, Canopy, etc.), big pharma, or chemical speciality company. Speciality gas suppliers stand to benefit most.

Ironically this very feasability study - which when it was annouced tested support - is arguable the most important news event to date.

I know very little about floriculture however, several articles confirm that rose budding cycles take 5-8 wks to bloom. A given rose bush can last anywhere from 35-50 years depending on growing conditions and trimming. As you can see this is a very different crop then cannibis or other vegitables.

I hope this is helpful for investors who are here for the longer-term.
