Yes, it is interesting! I talked to Nick in New York via telephone on Sunday. He was telling me how they will be drilling three projects in 2021. I asked about financing and he said he will not raise funds at such a depressed price in relation to true value. He told me that he would be exercising those options and the prices although I thought it totalled 300,000 but I see it was 350,000 in total. ...more

By exercising the options he pays the company ( GSH). If he were to go to the market and buy stock he doesn't. Vote of confidence from the CEO plus a very creative way to help finance the company. No lack of commitment.

I have been mesmerized by all the small buying on the open market by Nick. I'm gobsmacked by the options he just exercised. Once in a lifetime CEO that does that. He wants success for all shareholders here...because that success mean success for him and his pocket. I make it a habit to invest in company's that have unlimited potential in the ground....and I kind of ignore ...more
