If the deal closes it is a bonus at current market price. The company was worth at least current share price prior to the private placement deal was announced. They will earn approximately 3 million in net income once year end results are released. They are growing top and bottom line at a torrid pace and next year can only get better. If it drops to 50 cents believe me it will be short lived once earnings are announced. Intelligent money is accumulating here.
