The sadness is that having the patience to keep my 86 cents is gonnacost me either money or time, so far 3 weeks, and feeling a little foolish on my own part. Still hanging in but my confidence meter has to change unless te financing is tied into the ITSS system and that's the reason for the money, no interest, free money at a premium to build and further the project Otherwise, this wasn't worth the fowl smell. Glta longs!

I so admired your post on how you found GSI with your own DD,  -a special experience in itself. On top of that, this isn't over -til it's over. To be fair we don't know the final outcome. So far last about 30 % off from highs. This is fact. PP not finishesed since August This is fact. I am not happy when he says.. don't need the money but happily takes it. Another extension will be down to 50 s that's my feeling..

That is a problem when you invest based on short term.  Gotta take the highs and the lows to succeed.

  If the deal closes it is a bonus at current market price. The company was worth at least current share price prior to the private placement deal was announced. They will earn approximately 3 million in net income once year end results are released. They are growing top and bottom line at a torrid pace and next year can only get better. If it drops to 50 cents believe me it will be short
