Dismiss that thought/conspiracy theory Fergus2 from your mind. Dyment cannot withhold material information from shareholders without it being illegal. What you suggest is even worse, that the deal has closed but he's trying to manipulate people the share price down. Read the last news release on that subject again. He states that business has never been stronger for GSI. Clearly, he is trying to calm the shareholder base, not the other way around.
