Is it a crime to withold for even one day? or over a weekend to catch markets on a Monday? or over a long weekend because of a holiday? or over a week because it must sync with an overall protocol of being connected other news releases?
But yes, the SP collapsed under its own weight from .99 to .62 from fatique in the lack of concrete news on the PP. No manipulation there, just a normal market response. I should have worded that differently.
So I was not talking about manipulation but the actual running of the company and the authority vested in the CEO. He's not a robot gutted entirely by regulation. There's lots of wiggle room.
Without a certain fluidity things it would descend into chaos.
Even as carefully as I worded my post I realized it could be misterpreted by the manner in which I posted it. For that I apologize.
And Hen no offence, I appreciate your drawing attention to any weaknessess you may see. That's the whole purpose of this board.
