Stock chart looks bearish because we've witnessed a massive selloff due to the uncertainty around the financing. It doesn't take a finance degree to see the SP has traded down lately. Despite this the stock is still up 160% YTD! Had it not been for the PP circle jerk we'd likely be sitting comfortably in the $0.8 range, or $0.9+ post earnings.
