Macomb is a small town (15 000+ population) but hosts WIU --Western Illinois University, so the transit system is relatively larger, at about 60 buses, I would estimate from what I found. The S31camera goes for around 350$ a pop + mount ~400$. Let's say, there's an extra 100$ that goes for installation (juest guessing) and all buses got a camera, that puts the size of the contract at around 30 000$ US.
