A simple question and look who speaks up WHY:Have we not had a new director,it is exactly 6 months??? ---A director opening is normally filled in 30 days. Can be done by CEO, or special director meeting. ---If the number of directors is to be changed ,ex: not fill Bruce's position, or add a position,or name the new director , that requires an immediate P/R. ----- SO: Plain and simple . Of all the individuals across N/A who could fill that position, and help the company out ,both at the director level, and the contract level, WHY have we not filled it .---Simple relevant question .
