Yep, for those where more shares are warranted in their portfolio, it's likely a good time esp. given that the share price is being manipulated by ANON. ANON forgot to hit the bid this morning so with the last trade at .68, they've offerred 5K at .67 for good measure :-)

Not a lot of sell orders / volume offered up to .70, there are only 2 sellers at .70 with one seller offering a large block. Any positive news should be able to clear us over .70 again.
